The last “fresh” presents are already made: Truffles. I made my cranberry pralinés and some cake truffles.

I added some strawberry syrup to the cake mass before making balls of it. This made the mixture very soft, so the chocolate coating chracks pretty much, followed my the silky soft, almost liquid filling. Mh….. just look.
