Today was very exhausting. I had my 0. lesson (aka zombie lesson), wrote 2 important tests… Did some homework, made my brother hot chocolate (recipe coming soon) and mad the basics for my go-to-pralinés (recipe coming soon). Aaand I was at the library with a friend to search for books for our research work. Then had dancing lessons with the ladies. And when I thought nothing inspiring would be happening to me, I walked across the market place in my town and was stunned. So many lights. I L.O.V.E. lights. Especially, when I can play around with my camera and focus and unfocus them so their shapes change. Before I go on reading a book for German i present: some of my (not edited) pics.
I love dots. Dots of lights. Cop lights, flashlights, spotlights, strobe lights, street lights. All of the lights.

I have already made some holiday cookies in my tiny kitchen. And they were so easy and made in no time. Wanna see?

Mhhhhhh love the nutella filling.

They are good, really. Try them if you have ’bout an hour to chill out.
Easy Nutella Filled Sugar Cookies
(makes about 40 of them)
300 g (2 1/2 cups) flour
200 g (1 cup – 1 tbsp) soft butter
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
100 g nutella (3,5 oz) (or some similar sweetness)
Combine sugar and butter. Add flour until the mixture is smooth. Form a dough ball with your hands and let chill in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Get the dough out the freezer, knead with your hands so it becomes softer and easier to handle. Form little balls (diameter about 2 cm (1 inch)) and press a lottle mold in the middle.

Put on a baking sheet and bake for about 14 minutes. Let the baked cookies cool copletely.
Microwave nutella in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds. Now fill in an icing bag with a medium-sized tip and put some nutella inside the mold of each cookie.
ENJOY!
